We are equally committed to providing an enjoyable experience and quality services for our clients. To help us do that, we ask that you please be aware of the following general guidelines:

• Only the person receiving a service is permitted on the clinic floor. In accordance with State Board of Cosmetology guidelines, food and drinks are prohibited on the salon floor.

• We are happy to accommodate requests for specific students whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular student.

• Children ages 12 and older may be booked for student services. Children may not wait unsupervised in the waiting area, so please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.

• Our prices are set lower than traditional salon prices due to the educational environment, and refunds are not available. However, we are happy to make adjustments to services when requested within 10 days of the original appointment.

• Services may occasionally need to be modified based on the learning level of a particular class or individual student. Instructors work closely with students throughout each service, which may result in additional time being added to your appointment.
